Move it Mondays hosted by Ark Running Klub
Location: Crystal Hill Elementary School,
Two loops of approximately 1 mile and 2.5 miles than can be done as many times as you’d like. All paces are welcome!

Track Tuesday – Morning Edition
Location: Joe T. Robinson High School, 21501 AR-10, Little Rock
The workout will be the same as the one Bill Torrey provides to the group that meets at Catholic High in the evening.

Location: Catholic High School for Boys, 6300 Father Tribou St., Little Rock (and occasionally War Memorial Park when the track is in use)

Run LR Group Run
Location: Two Rivers Park Bridge at the Boat Ramp Parking Lot
4 miles at various paces.

Location: Flyway Brewing, 314 Maple Street, North Little Rock
Two, three and five mile routes available at this family-friendly local brewery!
Saturday - 6:00 a.m. Little Rock Marathon Training Group Location: Varies You must sign up for the FREE training group at this link to join the group.
Leiva’s Coffee Run – This is a monthly run hosted by the Roadrunners. The next one is scheduled for Saturday, June 27th at 7 a.m. (or 6:30 a.m. if looking to get in an extra 3-4 miles before meeting up with the main group at 7:00). Our route often includes the beautiful William Kirsch Preserve and then we enjoy some post-run coffee and pastries!
Location: Leiva’s Coffee at 6323 Ranch Dr. in West Little Rock
Various loops of 2-6 miles or up to 10 miles if you join at 6:30 a.m. All paces are welcome including walkers!
Run Dirty Trail Fun Runs - Saturday mornings from December through May. These runs are hosted by Fleet Feet Little Rock and are a fun (and free) way to explore some of the most beautiful trails in Central Arkansas. Location: Varies Sign up at this link to get updates for locations and meet times.
